The split occurred after the death of Joseph Smith. The conflict was over who should be the next leader of the Church. The members of the Reorganized Church followed Joseph Smith’s son, while the Mormons followed Brigham Young, the senior Apostle. Since the split occurred over 150 years ago, there are probably some doctrinal differences, but I do not know what they are.
