I agree with some of these posters saying that not all are really homeless. My brother once gave to this man who later walked to his Benz and drove off. In Beverly Hills, you'll see panhandlers holding signs that clearly came out of a printer, with jeans cut with sissors. It's really sad that many have caught on to what is really a way of surviving for many, into some shady business.
