I,personally agree with the previous posters who said they shower both in the moring when they wake up and then again before retiring for the evening. That is also my practice – although I may take the whole shower thing a bit far – I also shower mid-day – but usually because I go to the gym on my lunch break and don’t feel like returning to work all sweaty and smelly (don’t think my co-workers would much appreciate it either).
