Probably for the same reason that I tend to use the 240 method (2 windows down, 40 mph). Although I have a late-model car, I do not have money to throw away, and running the air-conditioning constantly is an expense I’d rather do without. I’d rather use the money I save on gas on something else, especially with gas prices being so high nowadays.
