For the same reason black guys are among the most homophobic of general populations. Prejudice against you doesn’t make you an open-minded spirit. If anything, it makes you more hardened and more likely to invoke the MOPE (Most Oppressed Peoples on Earth) syndrome and put down other minority groups.
