I cannot speak for all disabilities, but I have a left leg amputation. My amputation is above the knee, so I still have some leg left. I have found no difficulty in having sexual relations, since before and after the amputation. I think Im basically trying to say I can still spread my legs for intercourse. The only issue I have is I don’t want the bottom of my amputated leg touched (during sex or anytime) because it is VERY sensative. I hope that helps answer your question.
