RobertMemberNot only have I not seen Armenian women with black men, I’ve never seen an Armenian woman. How would I know if the woman I am looking at is Armenian?

RobertMemberSo, your boyfriend left you for a black woman, huh? I happen to have a vast amount of knowledge about black history, and I know that we haven’t had anything ‘handed’ to us. Anything we get in this country, we fight for. It is like pulling teeth to get any justice. Most of the reason for this is because of your fellow government employees, particularly the ones who are there because they were voted in. They are afraid that if they give us the justice we deserve, white people won’t vote for them and they will lose their cushy jobs that they really didn’t earn in the general sense of the word. As far as laziness goes, are all those black people who get up early in the morning to work in the Ford and GM plants up in your neck of the woods, despite the fact that the management could do the same thing that the CEO of GM did in Flint (close the plant and take their jobs away), lazy? What about Berry Gordy, founded a record company up there because black recording artists were getting screwed by white record companies? Was he lazy? What about your Congressman, John Conyers? He works tirelessly to try get his fellow colleagues to pass laws to make this a more equal society for blacks, despite the fact that he is old enough to retire. Is he lazy? Perhaps you are jealous because there are so many black men and women of accomplishment in Detroit and the best you could do is get into civil service.

RobertMemberIs the explanation for the term ‘Chinese fire drill’ the same as the explanations for the above phrases?

RobertMemberI’ve been alive for a little longer than you, and I have never seen it written nor heard it spoken that it’s ‘OK’ to discriminate against white men. I’ve always heard that it is not all right to discriminate against anyone. Is it possible that people ‘automatically’ discriminate against you because your first impression seems to them to be that of a jerk? How did you find out that you lost opportunities because of your race and gender? No one has ever told me if they were depriving me of something because I am a black man. Also, there is no historical precedent to legitimately make the claim that deprivation occurs due to one being a white man. Since you are 21, it is possible you were deprived because of your age, not your gender or race. Also, how do you dress? That could be a factor.

RobertMemberThe reason that there is BET is because *every other station* is White Entertainment Television. The fact that you refer to them as ‘normal’ networks shows that they are White Entertainment Television. All minorities do not have opportunity. If this were so, there would not be huge poverty among Appalachian Whites in the Midwest and blacks in the inner city. A more accurate comment would be to say that ‘Some members of most minority groups have opportunity.’

RobertMemberSounds like someone has been listening to too much Larry Elder. The group that has has benefited the most from Affirmative Action is white women, so how can a legal tool both benefit and discriminate against the same race? (before you say it discriminates against white men, remember that affirmative action exists because white men already had affirmative action, The US Constitution)

RobertMemberThis is what white people do not understand. Regardless of how we dress, we are seen as ‘suspects.’ As long as white people dress the ‘right’ way, they are seen as members of the club, and receive all the benefits and privileges that come with membership. Unfortunately, this is a club that we can never join, unless we are light enough to ‘pass.’

RobertMember1) Simpson’s attorneys were able to prove that the police conducted a racist investigation 2) The prosecutors did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he did it. 3) At my predominately white high school, there were just as many white students who were celebratory as there were black students upon hearing of the not guilty verdict
