Yes, some women actually ejaculate a fluid substance when they have an orgasm (and it’s fabulous, let me tell you). This type of orgasm usually is brought on by stimulation of the G-spot. From my understanding, the fluid actually is ejaculated from a gland, much similar to the man’s prostate. I can’t remember what it’s called. It does leave the body at a ‘high velocity’ rate, much like urination. It is, for those I know ,anyway, a more intense and fulfilling orgasm.
