As a very obese person (fat, big, whataever.. I don’t like euphemisms). I can talk to this somewhat. It’s very difficult to do a good job, and I try to crap only once a day, and take a shower immediately afterward. Other than that, I find that standing with one foot up on the seat makes it easier to get to all the little nooks and crannies.
