I’m 33, but I can remember people saying exactly the same thing when I was a teenager (not to me of course, I was always perfect :-). At the time, teenagers misbehaving was seen as a symptom of the decline of civilisation, and was attributed variously to the end of conscription, lack of religion, poor parenting or other such BS. Kids have always been like that, and probably always will be. It’s nothing new, and they’ll eventually grow out of it – well most of them do!
