Paul808ParticipantAs Rutgers alumni I can say that the univeristy has a very good women’s center as well as a free therapy center for students (which I recommend). Also there is therapy and a hotline at Women Helping Women that a friend of mine went to nearby in Metuchen. http://www.whwnj.com/ She received some good therapy/advice from them. It’s scary to go but it seems you already know that you need to. I would call the Women’s center if you haven’t already.
