I would recommend you watch Chris Rock’s ‘Bigger and Deffer’ comedy special because you will find an answer to your question and the common perception of the people you speak of. Think of this ‘class’ of person unique in the sense that they don’t represent black people as a whole. We are no more proud of them then you are of the rednecks Jeff Foxworthy speaks of. And, yes, we too exit the neighborhood when they move in.
