Being a white man who sometimes blows his nose at the dinner table while others still dine,I see nothing wrong with the action if the nose is covered to prevent the spread of germs. If the sound of the nose blowing bothers you, you might want to tell the nose blower, with a polite tone of voice, to not do it because it bothers you.A lot of people might not know it’s offensive unless they’re told it’s offensive.
