That was a very, very racist response. So, everyone sees — racism is based solely on race. It’s the individual. I could have easily said: Black people are racist! That’s not the point I’m trying to get across. And it’s not the right one.

It’s strictly hypothetical but I don’t think that would happen. One could argue that after having to deal with that treatment in the past, they would not be willing to force someone else to submitt to it, out of clear conciense? Otherwise, how could they blame the whites for doing the same. Of course, some could act out of revenge. Either way, it seems so strange I doubt most poeple would believe in it.
