    More often than not, it’s a movement made without concious thought. I am sure on occasion, when flirting, a woman will do it to make a man’s attention be drawn to the legs. But for the most part, crossing the legs is a very uncomfortable position that cuts circulation off to the upper foot, and the movement probably helps with that.
