That depends. If a woman, not necessarily a black woman, blatantly looks you up, down and then up again, you may not want to know what they could be thinking. Who cares? As long as you’re a good person, does it really matter? However, if she’s discretely checking you out, she may be checking out your outfit, hair, etc. Now that’s when I don’t mind being checked out!
