There’s a level of excitement attached to it that’s rather difficult to explain, in my opinion. It’s one of those things that you either get or you don’t. If the thought of it doesn’t give you at least a little bit of a thrill, then it’s probably not for you. The appeal is probably very much along the lines of joining the mile high club: you’re being intimate in a semi-public forum, with a chance of at least being seen – if not caught – and that adds to the excitement of the act itself.
