The question is difficult to answer because the terms refer to two different things. Presbyterian refers to a specific denomination which has certain historical and theological connection to the Reformed tradition in Switzerland (and later Scotland) begun shortly after Luther began the Protestant movement. Evangelical does not refer to any specific denomination per se (though some churches and denominations include evangelical in their names), rather it describes a particular approach to the Christian faith. Evangelical Christians are those who hold strongly to the good news of faith and grace over works and the sacraments. Evangelicals tend to have an intensely personal and individual faith which believes that one cannot know salvation except though Christ. I think that in this regard most Christians can claim to be evangelical, even Presbyterians! I have a sense that William was asking a different question and I hope he would write again with some more information about what he meant by Evangelicals.
