Whenever I go out I usually wear a bra and knickers. At home I often wear nothing at all, especially in summer. Sometimes when I wear a skirt, I like wearing nothing underneath, as feeling the wind between my legs is very sensual. During sex I always end up removing everything, including any jewelry and rings, etc. I also let down my hair if it is tied up. Your proposal is too inhumane. It would be hard to draw a line between a ‘productive’ person and a ‘nonproductive’ person. Also would you like to be in a society that ‘puts’ people down?? I do believe too many resources are directed to disabled people who will never give back to society. This money would be better spent educating and helping the ‘able’ young, particularly from low socioecomic areas. Its a shame to see wasted potential.
