Going only from personal experience: Erection, sensitivity and orgasm are three different issues. Some morning erections are insensitive and yield little pleasure to me, though they can be fun for my partner. Sometimes a limp penis is exquisitely sensitive, in which case I can have all kinds of pleasure but can’t have intercourse. And it’s possible to be orgasmic when impotent (sometimes those are very intense) or anorgasmic while still very sensitive (in which case it’s lots of fun but sooner or later somebody gets tired). If it’s a current personal issue, I suggest conversation and the experimental method.
