Fact of the matter is, blacks comprise about 13% of the population, yet are responsible for almost 50% of the murders committed. So if anyone is portraying blacks this way, it is blacks themselves, by committing a disproportionate amount of murders. Next, when white people committ extreme acts of violence it makes the news because it is much less likely to happen. Also, what about the black man that killed 6 members of his family with a hammer this last month?
