Jim-JParticipantMaybe it’s the clearly defined rules and an even playing field. I believe black people will do well in any field where the playing field is level and the way people think of you cannot determine if you are successful or not. For example, the biggest racist in the world could not prevent Michael Jordan from dominating a basketball game, regardless of how hard they tried, but a racist teacher can prevent him from being successful, a racist superior can prevent him from advancing in his career because the rules are subjective and perception matters.
