I am a lesbian and have been to a strip club maybe twice with a group of friends. To me, it was just as much of a turn on, as it was a turn off. My lesbian friends have a variety of opinions on stripclubs. Some love them, some are deeply offended by them. I think that among the lesbian population, you'll find just as wide a variety of opinions on the subject as you will among straight women. I have also met a couple of women who strip for a living and they have commented that they do enjoy it when women come into the club - women are much more sensual, less aggressive and offensive, and a nice change of pace from the men. I don't know of any strip clubs that are specifically for women. Sometimes lesbian bars will hire a woman dancer to come into their bar for a 'show'. Those that are interested watch/participate; those that aren't shoot pool.
