I’m sure there are some whites who think all blacks are ‘ghetto’, but those whites certainly aren’t in the majority. Those whites who think like that are obviously racist, and since racism is a completely irrational phenomenon, there is no answer to the question ‘Why?’ Most whites do not think all blacks are ‘ghetto’.
