The ‘grinding’ part is correct. It’s more of a fashion thing than anything and thus isn’t nearly as prevalent as it once was. Ecstasy gives you a ‘clenchy’ feeling and that can be anything from just clenching your jaw muscles to literally grinding your teeth. I’ve heard people grinding their teeth so hard that it’s woken me up. Gum usually suffices and looks less stupid in my opinion.
