I’m fairly light-skinned, (more than I would like sometimes), and I’m American, with mostly Irish and German heritage. I’m quite willing to date outside of my race, religion, culture, income-level, etc. I do prefer women whose skin is not ‘too dark’, (or for that matter, not ‘too light’), which is of course relative… Since you are not living in America, and are asking for responses from around the world, it would be pretty pointless for me to say anything in particular about the cultural differences between whites and African-Americans or African immigrants.
