    Well, I’ve heard them make fun of specific black celebrities, just the same as they make fun of specific white celebrities. Never once have they made fun of the entire black race. Can you imagine the reaction if Letterman did that? There would be an outrage! He would instantly become labeled a racist (justifiably). Popular culture does not relate to or approve of jokes against black people (as a group), thus, it would reject him. I think racism is racism, regardless of who it is directed at. That’s not oversensitivity, that’s calling something what it is.
