I would venture to say that some gay men tend to have a rather caricaturized view of women, which can border on the mysoginistic. Perhaps it’s rooted in envy, or distrust of ‘straight’ culture overall. Which is ironic (to say the least), given the ‘gay culture’ striving for acceptance and equality.
