EmilioParticipantI do shift work on a three-week cycle. Melatonin has proved to be effective. What it does is alter your internal clock and adjust it to correspond with a suddenly new schedule. Melatonin should be used only when needed because the less you take it, the more effective it remains. I usually use 3 milligrams maximum for the first night that I need to change my sleeping schedule. Believe it or not, the next night you will begin to get tired at almost the exact moment you took it the night before. I definitely recommend it.User Detail :
