While I’m neither, it’s my understanding that Presbyterian is a specific denomination with a definite set of dogmas/discipline and Church hierarchy/structure that applies to all members, while Evangelical can be used to describe a style of worship as well as a particular denomination. I believe the Evangelical churches aren’t as closely affiliated with each other as the Presbyterian churches are, nor are they necessarily bound by the same dogmas/discipline.
