If you look at all the things the human race is doing that are causing destruction in the world, you will find one common denominater: Money. Everybody knows this can’t go on forever, but as long as they keep making money it will never stop, because they are the ones with the power and they are the ones who make the “Big” decisions. I think believing that one day we can stop all of these things is keeping hope for change and future generations. Wars, for example, keep a lot of people rich; the same with mining and using all the earth’s resources. One last point: There IS enough food in the world for everyone. There is no reason that thousands of people die from starvation every day.
