I am now 21 years old, but when I was in high school I did feel like I was more mature than my classmates. I found myself being alone a lot because I just didn’t really share many interests with people my age. Now that I am older I guess I wish I would have taken advantage of being a kid – being young and enjoying school more, friends more, and letting go of all the deep thoughts that I thought were so important. Just don’t try to grow up too fast because you will never get that back. And also know that there is nothing wrong with you, and there are others who feel the same way.
