ChrisMemberActually Tyler, this was a predominately white behavior, it started with Italian Americans, and worked its way through the 'poor' white neighboehoods. And it sybolized the fact that someone finally had enough money to buy a new pair of shoes, or was able to afford to leave the neighborhood.User Detail :
