Cal19269ParticipantThere is definitely a double standard in the media and in politically correct society. Minorities can say any outrageous, racist thing they want about the white majority and get a pass. If a white guy says a similar thing, it will cost him his job. There is a reason for the double standard, though. It’s all about power. The more powerful the group, the higher the standard. A good analogy is two brothers, one 5 years old and small and the other 10 years old and much bigger and stronger. The little kid can get away with harrassing his older brother without his parents punishing him too much because everyone knows he doesn’t have the power to do any real harm. On the other hand if big brother bullies little brother, there will be hell to pay because it’s not fair and he could do some real harm. So, it doesn’t really bother me when minorities say racist things about whites. It only makes them look ingnorant and at the end of the day, we still have more of everything.
