While in college I was given Prozac by the school clinic. One of the side effects was that I was unable to reach climax. I could maintain an erection, but I never ejaculated. Only when masturbating could I achieve orgasm, and then it would take as long as 45 minutes. I dealt with the issue by telling the girl that I’d been drinking earlier in the day. Usually the girl didn’t care, anyway. Needless to say I dumped the Prozac. Even now, though, whether it’s psychological or physiological, I have a very difficult time reaching climax during intercourse.
