Sara L.MemberI'm doing a story this week (July 22) for the College Press Network, and I'm interesting in finding out if young guys ever deal with the same problem Bob Dole talks about in those Viagra commercials. I know a lot of heavy drinkers or drug users say it's harder to get an erection while under the influence, but I want to get some real feedback. Some guys who have been emotionally hurt by a former lover find it difficult to get aroused with new ones. Even if you've never dealt with the topic, I'd like to talk to females or males about what they'd do or have done if the situation arose. I don't have to use your name, I'm just interested in hearing your story. Feel free to check out our Web site, www.cpnet.com, to see if we're legit. E-mail me at sara@cpnet.com, if you're interested in talking.User Detail :

Alex J.ParticipantThe first time I was naked with a girl (I was 16), I was so nervous I was unable to get an erection. I think your emotional state has a lot to do with it. I am an avid bicyclist, so I have taken to wearing protective gear while riding to prevent long-term impotence, as seems to be associated with bicycling.User Detail :

Brian23028ParticipantWhile in college I was given Prozac by the school clinic. One of the side effects was that I was unable to reach climax. I could maintain an erection, but I never ejaculated. Only when masturbating could I achieve orgasm, and then it would take as long as 45 minutes. I dealt with the issue by telling the girl that I'd been drinking earlier in the day. Usually the girl didn't care, anyway. Needless to say I dumped the Prozac. Even now, though, whether it's psychological or physiological, I have a very difficult time reaching climax during intercourse.User Detail :
