Being lesbian isn’t limited to just white girls, I have friends from a whole bunch of ethnicities (Asian, white, black, Hispanic) who are lesbian/gay. But, in my experience, my white friends seem much more comfortable talking about it out in the open than my Hispanic/black friends; my Asian friends (those who are from East Asia and have lived there) don’t seem to really care: they won’t deny it, but they don’t flaunt it, and they’re not ashamed of it. They just think that someone’s sex life should be their own personal thing.

So it does run through many different ethnicities and cultures. It’s just that there tends to be a change in how each one deals with it.
