It is Kind of weird when you ask that question, now that I am older I am not scared of anyone based on their national origin and everyone is cool with me. When I was youger though I grew up in an all white area and had minimal contact with black people. What I did know of them from what I had seen on T.V. and the news papers. Either a person had either run for a hundred yards on a football game or was wanted for armed robbery. Absolutely if that is your only knowledge of a person of ethnicity different then you and you see someone like that your alert factor is going to go up. Take care,
