I would like to know why women often act catty towards each other? For example, if another lady that passes them by looks fabulous in ankle high boots, form-fitting pants, and a classy halter top? Why do they often harshly criticize and throw around icy cold glares towards her? Do they feel she is trying to look too cute? Trying to outdo them?
