Why are white people always running? I swear, it can be 20 degrees outside and you will some white person running down the street. Is it an European thing? Is it that white people can tolerate the cold better than other the nationalities? I’ve been pondering this question for quite a while. I have also notice that many of those running seem to be very thin and in need of a meal and this also worries me.
