This isn’t such a confusing conundrum as you are making it out to be. The traditional Christian marriage calls for a wife to ‘love, honor and OBEY’ her husband. For such archiac views, I have given up my Christian upbringing for a more enlightened outlook, but I don’t think that wanting to be a subserviant woman violates any of the ancient religions, as long as your dominant counter-part uses his sway over you for the glory of God.
