I want to know why it is that white poeple seem to be intimidated by intelegent black people. I am not saying all the time, but often I hear white people claim reverse dicrimination when a black person gets a job over them. Do white people think that lowly of black people to say that I as a black person can't perform on the job as well if not better that you can. I don't know if this is true or not, but I have heard many times that the group that has benefits the most from affirmative action is white women. So I want to know what the hang up is. There can't be that many unqualified black people than there are complaints.
