In movies like Bowling For Columbine, the Liberal Media seems to love portraying conservatives like Charlton Heston as radicals and crazed racists. Yet, Muhammad Ali joined the Nation of Islam, a racist, anti-Semetic organisation that believes black people are a ‘Moon People’ that originally lived on the moon and arrived on Earth 66 trillion years ago! Besides thinking that people of African descent are really of Lunar descent, the Nation of Islam also believes that whites were created 6000 years ago by an evil scientist named Yacub and that white people are genetically inferior and inherently evil. Why doesn’t the Liberal Media focus on Muhammad Ali’s ties to the Nation of Islam and why isn’t Muhammad Ali portrayed as a racist if he’s joined a racist organisation that believes white people are ‘devils’? What’s even stranger, is that not only does the Liberal Media not question or focus on Muhammad Ali’s ties to the Nation, but they’ve deified him. They’ve made Muhammad Ali a hero, a household name and a cultural icon. I’m just curious to know what you folks think about all of this and why would the Liberal Media do this? What political motivations would prompt white Liberals to deify a man with those kinds of radical beliefs?
