my question is; ‘Why do parents tell their children not to stare at people who are in wheel chairs or have an illness?’ the reason why i ask is because when i was little my grandfather never said that he just walked me up to a man in a wheelchair and made me ask why he was in the wheel chair and i remember theman thanking my grandfather for doing that.
