DotParticipantHollywood pats itself on the back for matching an early 40's Diane lane with a nearly 60 Richard Gere. Studio execs refer to any actress over 35 as "age-appropriate" for any actor of any age. No one in these meetings even balks when a Clint Eastwood or a Harrison Ford hooks up onscreen with a woman in her 30's. Of course "real" men think this the way it should be.
