What is it that makes women prefer ‘cool’ guys over ‘nice’ guys. For example, why would women, ages 20 to 30 (I’m not talking about high-school girls) prefer someone like say a sports player or marketing rep or an actor, over say an engineer or college teacher. Lets assume that the ‘nice’ guy (a) is not a totally dorky nerd (b) is ok looks-wise (c) has more education and a slightly higher income than the ‘cool’ guy. Are such ‘nice’ guys automatically assumed by everyone to be boring and nerdy?
