okay, I always see these people packing away food, and I don't mean on t.v., I'm talking about people I know, and they're still skinny. I'm not gigantic, but I'm a little overweight, and actually don't eat as much as they do. I know it's probably metabolism based, but I was just to curious as to ways you can speed up your metabolism, that doesn't consist of speed or something like that. I'd feel a lot better about myself if I could just lose this extra little bit of weight. I try drinking lots and lots of water, and not eating as much, but after a month of this I see little/no change at all. Just some input on this would be great. Thanks.
