[Patrick Wood]

In the poll for the homeless, many people said that they should be given money and/or a warm meal. Now, this type of philanthropy sounds nice, but does it work. I am not trying to be argumenitive or cynical, but it seems like a bandade solution more than anything else. I would like to know why people responded as they did?
