Women: How do you feel about the Internet practice of "flaming"? Are there places on the Internet where you won't post because you don't want to be flamed?

Perhaps because I have been using the net for quite awhile I am not intimidated by it. I think for some women, the anonymity of the net allows them to speak up when they might not in a face-to-face situation. And I have no trouble hitting the delete button when being flamed.
