why are black people so loud? or is it maybe just our area? here in fla (redneck country) they are very vocal about everything, even the kids. you can hear them when they drive by in their cars(that is if thier music isnt booming)every morning i hear these kids walking to school on the next block.My sister is loud but i think she has a hearing problem surely all blacks cant have the same hearing problem?what is the reason? anywhere you go here you can hear their entire conversation and they also tend to 'scream' across parking lots,roads etc.
